MEDIA BLASTING

We’ve been developing and refining media blasting techniques since 1998. With two full-scale blast rooms, wet and dry cabinets, and automated equipment, our shop handles a wide range of materials and surfaces in-house—and on-site when needed. We work with both conventional and unconventional blast media, offering treatments that range from purely functional to deeply expressive.

Our approach is both technical and artistic. Blasting is more than surface preparation—it’s a way of shaping form and feeling through texture. By tuning variables like pressure, media type, and blast angle, we create finishes that reveal the interplay between impact and abrasion. These subtleties allow us to deliberately enhance wood grain, erode stone, brighten metal, or expose the structure of layered surfaces.

We collaborate with artists, architects, designers, builders, scientists, museums, and conservators. Whether refining a delicate detail or dramatically reshaping a surface, we bring over two decades of experience, deep material sensitivity, and a willingness to experiment.
